Business Visa  :

Valid passport last 6 months,
One visa application form,
three photographs 35 x 45 mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,
Covering letter on Company letterhead,
invitation letter i.e. form no. 1 directly to the consulate from Iran & form no.2 fax to us,
Chamber of commerce letter,
Medical in original consists of three test i.e.: Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no panel of doctor for this test).

Tourist Visa On For Pilgrimage  :

Valid passport last 6 months,
One visa application form,
Two photographs 35 x45mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,
Foreign exchange or International credit card,
Covering letter on business letterhead OR Leave letter from the company,
Hotel confirmation and Return ticket.
Medical in original consists of three test i.e. A) Hepatitis B & C, B) Tuberclosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no pannel of doctor for this test)
Passenger have to come personally for submission
