If the appointment is fixed in Travel Agency name and the visa application is not submitted by any reason on the day of submission then the Consulate will Black list that agent with immediate effect as the appointment will get No\Showed...
As per the French Consulate Mumbai the above will be effect from 16.02.2011 , If you have taken any appointment for the coming dates, request you to please inform us immediately and in future please follow the request as written by us ..
With Immediate Effect Passports which are issued more than 10 years ago, cannot be accepted any more, the pax will have to take a fresh passport.

Tourist Visa :
Valid passport,
One form,

Foreign exchange or International credit card, or onward Visa,
Hotel Confirmation directly fax from the hotel in France to us.
