Invitation letter with the passport details of the Applicant addressing to the Poland consulate Mumbai 1 copy fax directly to the consulate & 1 copy to us ,
Overseas Medical Policy, air ticket,
Passenger's personal IT last 3 years OR Salary slip last 6 months,
Passenger's personal bank statement last 6 months,
Appointment letter copy,
International credit card if Passenger have.
Tourist Visa :
