W.E.F. The consulate will require a clause in the Invitation which comes from Brazil and in the covering letter from India for all Business visa applications. We are attaching a format for your help which is given by the Brazil consulate Mumbai.
Please note if the clause is not mentioned in the Invitation and Covering letter, the visa application will be not accepted by the consulate.
Business Visa :
Passport valid for 6 months,
2 white background photos - size- 35x45mm, 80% face image,
Invitation with full detail,
Covering Letter on Company Letter Head with full detail,
Return Ticket with ticket number,

Personal Income Tax Paper of last 3 years
Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months.
(Yellow Fever has to carry while travel.)
Tourist Visa :
Passport valid for 6 months,
2 white background photos - size- 35x45mm, 80% face image,
Hotel Voucher,
Covering Letter,
Return Ticket with ticket number,
Personal Income Tax Paper of last 3 years,
Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months,
Yellow Fever has to carry while travel.
Work Visa :
Passport valid at least 06 month,
02 Visa application form,
02 Colour photograph 35x45mm 80% face should be seen white background,
Covering letter on Company letter head,
Original Police Clearance Certificate.
