or if Passenger not able to provide Hotel booking kindly mention Belgium guest house address and telephone number in the invitation letter Foreign exchange
or Org. International, Original credit card, Org. Overseas medical Insurance,
Original Income tax papers / Salary slip,
Return Ticket,
Correspondence,
Original Bank Statement of last 6 months.
Tourist :
Valid passport, One form, Two photographs, Covering letter and Leave certificate, / Foreign exchange org. International credit card, Return ticket, Org. Overseas Mediclaim policy, Org. Income tax Papers / Salary slip and Hotel Confirmations. Directly from Belgium one copy to us & one d directly fax to the consulate from Belgium.
